📌 Notes Related to Coupon Use

ㆍPlease make sure to check again as you may have confused your Neon ID and the account code. ㆍOnce you register the coupon, we do not provide any help related to recovery, so please make sure to enter the correct account code. ㆍYou can use coupons only once per account. ㆍCoupons that have already been used or expired cannot be used. ㆍCoupon rewards will be given through your account's mailbox. Please restart the game after entering the coupon code to receive the reward. ㆍPlease check the coupon registration period or mailbox storage period carefully as we won't be providing support when the period expires.

If there is a problem with coupons, please contact in-game customer support with your account and coupon information.


❔ I would like to know how to check my account code.

On the top right corner, tap [Menu] → Settings → Info → Account Code The account code used to register the coupon is not your Neon ID.


❔ I would like to know how to use a coupon.

1️⃣ On the top right corner, tap [Menu] → Settings → Info → Copy Account Code 2️⃣ Enter your account code and coupon code on the [Coupon Page] 3️⃣ Tap [Receive Product] button and get your reward after closing the pop-up that confirms your reward has been given.

If the coupon was properly entered and the reward was properly given, a pop-up that says 'Coupon code input complete! Please check the in-game rewards.' can be seen. Coupons cannot be entered in-game other than the methods mentioned above.


❔ I registered a coupon on the coupon page, but I couldn’t find the reward.

Coupon rewards are sent to the [Community] section in your mailbox. If you did not get a mail after a certain period of time, please restart the game and check again.


❔ I used a coupon, but there's a pop-up that says the coupon has already been used.

Coupons can only be used once per account, and cannot be used if they are already used or expired. When you re-use a coupon code that you have already registered, you will see a pop-up saying, 'This coupon has already been used.'


❔ I think I entered the wrong account code.

ㆍFor Incorrect Account Code Entry: User information is invalid. Please check again. ㆍFor Incorrect Coupon Code Entry: Invalid coupon code. Please check the coupon code again.

Should you mistakenly enter the wrong account code and still successfully register a coupon, please note that it's difficult for us to assist with reward retraction, restoration, or transferring to a different account. Therefore, it's crucial that you double-check your information before tapping the [Receive] button.
