ใ†Please make sure to check again as you may have confused your Neon ID and the account code. ใ†Once you register the coupon, we do not provide any help related to recovery, so please make sure to enter the correct account code. ใ†You can use coupons only once per account. ใ†Coupons that have already been used or expired cannot be used. ใ†Coupon rewards will be given through your account's mailbox. Please restart the game after entering the coupon code to receive the reward. ใ†Please check the coupon registration period or mailbox storage period carefully as we won't be providing support when the period expires.

If there is a problem with coupons, please contact in-game customer support with your account and coupon information.


โ” I would like to know how to check my account code.

On the top right corner, tap [Menu] โ†’ Settings โ†’ Info โ†’ Account Code The account code used to register the coupon is not your Neon ID.


โ” I would like to know how to use a coupon.

1๏ธโƒฃ On the top right corner, tap [Menu] โ†’ Settings โ†’ Info โ†’ Copy Account Code 2๏ธโƒฃ Enter your account code and coupon code on the [Coupon Page] 3๏ธโƒฃ Tap [Receive Product] button and get your reward after closing the pop-up that confirms your reward has been given.

If the coupon was properly entered and the reward was properly given, a pop-up that says 'Coupon code input complete! Please check the in-game rewards.' can be seen. Coupons cannot be entered in-game other than the methods mentioned above.


โ” I registered a coupon on the coupon page, but I couldnโ€™t find the reward.

Coupon rewards are sent to the [Community] section in your mailbox. If you did not get a mail after a certain period of time, please restart the game and check again.


โ” I used a coupon, but there's a pop-up that says the coupon has already been used.

Coupons can only be used once per account, and cannot be used if they are already used or expired. When you re-use a coupon code that you have already registered, you will see a pop-up saying, 'This coupon has already been used.'


โ” I think I entered the wrong account code.

ใ†For Incorrect Account Code Entry: User information is invalid. Please check again. ใ†For Incorrect Coupon Code Entry: Invalid coupon code. Please check the coupon code again.

Should you mistakenly enter the wrong account code and still successfully register a coupon, please note that it's difficult for us to assist with reward retraction, restoration, or transferring to a different account. Therefore, it's crucial that you double-check your information before tapping the [Receive] button.
