(Linking, Restoration, Deletion)

If you play the game with a guest account, information may be lost in unexpected situations, so please make sure to link your account in order to play the game safely.

Account linking supports Google Play, Game Center, Apple, and Facebook.


❔ I am curious about the account linking method.

When you first start the game, you can select the account you want to use on the login screen. A game account is created and linked to the social account you selected, so please log in with the account you want.

If you start the game with a guest account, you can link the account through the following ways. On the top right corner, tap [Menu] → Settings → Info→ Link Account → Select an account link method

❔ I would like to log in with a different account.

At the bottom right corner of the game entry screen, tap on [Account Link] β†’ Select social account to link On the top right corner of the game, tap [Menu] β†’ Settings β†’ Info β†’ Link Account β†’ Select an account link method


❔ When changing device or deleting the game, is my gameplay information also deleted?

If you've been playing the game with a guest account, you will not be able to recall your game account. If you have already linked your game account, you can connect to it even after changing the device or deleting the game.


❔ I do not remember the ID and/or password of my linked social account.

Master of Knights does not keep personal information about your account, such as your ID and password. Please get support from the customer center of your linked account.

❔ I've lost my guest account and I would like to find it.

Unlike accounts linked to Google Play, Game Center, Apple, and Facebook, game information of guest accounts are stored in the device. Therefore, all game information may be deleted or unable to be retrieved when the device is initialized, changed, or the game is deleted.

If the game information has been deleted when using the guest account, please create a new guest account and refer to the form below to contact in-game customer support.

πŸ”Ή Android (Google Play Store) 1️⃣ Visit the Google payments site (https://payments.google.com/) 2️⃣ Logging into the account that you proceed the payment. 3️⃣ Go to the Order history menu. 4️⃣ Check order number that you want to get a refund. (For example, GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000)

πŸ”Ή iOS (App Store) 1️⃣ Go to the iTunes on a PC. 2️⃣ Go to the App store via the menu above. 3️⃣ Logging into your App store account. 4️⃣ Click Purchase History under My Account to see if there is a history record for the purchase (content name, date, and amount).


❔ I would like to know how to delete my account. In the upper right corner of the game, tap on [Menu] β†’ Settings β†’ Info β†’ Delete Account

If you delete your account, game information will be deleted after a certain period of time, and recovery is not possible, so please proceed with caution.
