❔ Is there a payment limit?

Payment will be made through the application store of your device, and no separate payment limit can be set. For mobile phone payment or credit/debit card limits, please contact your respective wireless carrier and credit card company.


❔ I would like to check my payment history. (I would like to check my order number.)

❔ I would like to cancel(get refund) the payment of the purchased product.

🚫 If Payment Cancellation is Not Possible ㆍIf you already used a consumable item or an item sold in a bundle ㆍItems that are used immediately after purchase or applied to the application right after purchase ㆍIf you used some of the additional benefits given when purchasing ㆍItems that can be viewed as using just by opening or the effect of the item is applied when opening ㆍItems acquired without payment during gameplay ㆍItems provided free of charge by the company or a third party

To check the payment, please contact in-game customer support, with your account information, payment date, and order number (or receipt screenshot) included. If you proceed with the refund arbitrarily after payment, measures may be taken according to the operation policy.


❔ I did not receive the product that I paid for.

Please check again if the item is in your mailbox or storage, and if it has been accumulated to the resource/currency that you already own. If an item or resource is not given, or an error message occurs after payment is completed, the game system is designed to first check and distribute products according to the in-game payment product process.

1️⃣ Exit the game completely, reconnect, and wait on the main or shop page in the game 2️⃣ Try to purchase the product in-game once again

If you did not receive the product even after proceeding with the method listed above, please contact in-game customer support.


❔ Duplicate charges have been made.

If duplicate charges of the product has been made, please contact in-game customer support. If the order number or payment details are not confirmed, the payment may be automatically canceled due to temporary error.

Please check the registered payment method and contact the customer support of each application store if the payment is not processed or related problems occur. If you are unable to purchase a product with an in-game error message, please contact in-game customer support or mobile@help.pmang.com with your account information, including the contents of the error message and/or screenshot.
